This caller left a message purporting to be from Compare My Policy insurance. I've never heard of them. I had used Quotezone to compare insurance policies recently and had left my number on the site. Though I got a good price using them, I have received constant phone calls ever since, even past the policy expiry date. Utterly tiresome.
Called me about 4 times now I think there from the Yorkshire area I read somewhere that’s it’s a scam I ended up going nuts on the woman it’s not right these people call u out of the blue just be careful
I asked them about if they are complying with GDPR. He said that I gave consent to receive calls through an internet cookie. He said he doesn’t when or how. So I asked him to delete my details, he said that he will do that. The call was about a survey to see if I have had life insurance.
