AS OTHERS HAVE COMMENTED THIS IS A SCAM. All the reviews on here were made at almost exactly the same time (between 3 and 4 hours ago as I type this). All saying that their investigation showed it to be genuine. I did contact my relationship team and they confirmed there had been no attempts to contact me for over 3 months. So this is absolutely not genuine. IT IS A SCAM.

BEWARE THIS IS A SCAM - DO NOT GIVE OUT ANY DETAILS -the say call them back as a payment has been stopped on Santander, they will not ask for details but get you to log into a site and take your details from there

However, I decided to contact my relationship manager using the provided contact number to seek clarification. Fortunately, she confirmed that the call was indeed legitimate, coming from Santander's business banking payments team. I sincerely appreciate Santander for their continued dedication in looking after our company's interests.
