Said it was Halifax bank. Asked to call this number because of declined payment on card. This is not a Halifax number. This and similar number ending 69 are bothe operated by Fair Isaac(Adeptra) ltd and has been used for fraudulent calls since 2029. Question. Why haven't these numbers been investigated?
