Calls my mobile. No message on answerphone = SCAM. Reported to Information Commissioner.

Indian man called Sam phoned me saying that he is from the council repair team asking about damp and mould. When I asked what’s my name and what’s the name of my council he got both wrong. I hung up on him.

Said they were calling about my housing problem. Scammers. I ended the call.

They introduced themselves as “the housing repair company”. When I asked for further information e.g. their company number or registered charity reference they just kept repeating they were from the housing repair company so I ended the call

Asking about housing complaints, damp, mould etc. they ended the call after about 20 seconds
