I am reporting that on my personal mobile, (nothing to do with work) I just received a phone call from number 03316 307 436. The caller said he was Leon calling from the Housing Disrepair Team about a recent disrepair claim I had made. He did not address me by my name or provide any details of the association he was pretending to be with. I am a private homeowner and have never made any claim. I ended the call immediately.

They said they were from some housing regulator but wouldn't confirm who they were representing and could not provide any further info about why they were calling.
