Didn't identify himself initially but was a british man. Said he was something to do with housing problems. He hung up after 15 seconds
This number called my mobile just now. Pause and click, then an asian voice talking too quickly for me (and rather quiet). I think he said it was about housing problems such as damp. I said I think he is a scam and I ended the call. Blocked.
