Sounded like generated/automated voice- female voice talking about repairs, damp or mould in house. I ended call and blocked number as realised this is a possible spam/scam.

Well-spoken, polite woman asked me about my housing problems, and did I have damp or mould. When I said there were no problems she said ‘goodbye’ and rang off.
