Got a call from this number, you could hear it was a call centre with all the background noise and they were laughing, then hung up... I assume the handler didnt realise the system had put them through to me and was talking to friends.

SCAM CALLER. Says be to part of EE business provider. After few minutes on the phone chatting about possible upgrades and switching to a business account, the call handler hung up the phone.
