apparently work for a compliance department in housing repairs for Hackney council. I said im not with any association or council and they hung up definitely a scam
Called and I didn't speak until they spoke, female voice said they're calling regarding my housing problem, in confusion I said "housing problem?" The caller then said "are there any damp, mould in your house?" I said no and they said thanks and bye, how weird
Indian sounding people asking about 'housing repairs'. When I said I had issues, escalated to 'supervisor' who eventually asked if I owned the house, when I said yes they dropped off the call, although the call still connected, so I have left it connected running up their bill and stitching up one of their lines😉.

The caller said they were from housing repairs. Didn’t push me when I said they had the wrong number. Seemed a bit scammy to me though.
