"Harris" from "housing association" calling re "my reported housing problems" and "does my house have any damp or cracks?" Needless to say, I have not made such a report, nor was he forthcoming about which "housing association" he was calling for. (Nor do I belong to any housing association...) I therefore surmised it was a scam and hung up......
