They ask about repairs, which is true.. i went through a few calls about repairs and they follow up for you etc
They said they call on behalf of my landlord in regards with repairs that need to be done in my house. That said I made a complaint about it! 100% fake.
Had a call claiming to be Howden working on behalf of housing association with regards to repair that need completing, couldn't tell me where the office he worked from was.
