Asked if I had any housing problems, leaks, damp etc. I said no, but told him I have a problem with 'spam' calls, to which he replied "this is not a scam"... Hung up!

Scam - They called me, I asked who it was as they didn’t introduce themselves, a man said “Oli… from housing problems”, I said what problems, and he said like damp or something. I said ok which house and he hanged up.
