Literally saw phone was ringing then it stopped which was strange like they checking to see if my number is working or not.

Modality Partnership. Don't leave you a message. When you call back you're just given a load of extensions to go through to. Mail box is full when you get through. Gives you the option of pressing 0 to go through to the operator, no-one answers and that mail box is also full. Probably due to the amount of people calling back to check why they phoning them. Don't know why they can't just leave a message so that you know.
