Harassing, scripted, phone call from a "gentleman", called Michael, with an English accent, purporting to be speaking on behalf of Scottish and Southern Electricity. He called my wife's mobile and fired long goblets of information at her. She has a Stage IV Diagnosis for Cancer. She was becoming more and more confused by what was being barked at her by Michael. I intervened and took over the call from her. Michael found it difficult to listen to anything but his own voice. He perhaps as some Neuro-divergent personality diagnosis. I am going to complain to Scottish and Southern Electricity.
