i saw this number which i didnt recognise. I didnt answer as i let it ring on my mobile to see if a voice message will be left. No vm left so i checked number on here. Blocked as spam on my mobile.

Flagged up on my phone as Suspected Spam but I do not EVER answer calls that I don’t recognise. I blocked and deleted the number immediately

Just called the number and there is a message explaining who and why you received the call. Essentially this is the automated appointment reminder service from Hampshire Hospital you will not be able to interact with it if they leave a message. So you will need to answer when they call you again.

Hampshire Hospital Appt confirmation asking you to press 1 to confirm you are attending your hospital Appt. It is automated & will keep ringing if you don't confirm it. Valid phone number.

5 messages on my answerphone from this number - a recorded voice saying, "This is a message for Mrs........(with my name). To retrieve your message, please press any key on your telephone keypad" I am skeptical and wonder it by pressing a key this would connect me to a premium rate number. I did wonder if this was Test and Trace, but I have the NHS Covid app so think I would be contacted via that.
