Hello this is (Kerban?) the Local Energy Advisor. Sounded like a recorded message so I ended the call and blocked the number. This is the second call today from the same name on different numbers. I have had about 30 calls purporting to be the Local Energy Advisor. I am registered with TPS so these calls should not happen. They are breaking the law.
