Waiting for call back from NHS 111. Rang twice during the night, once at 02.08, then at 05.46. Both times no-one spoke. Is this an actual automated call back?? Very strange system if it is

Did not speak when I answered the 'phone. They called twice. We were expecting a call from NHS 111 so I suspect this was a call robot just so that they could say they called us.
