They are a company called Luxstar and they manage trading accounts for clients so they are legit.

They answer the phone as "LuckStar Group" - Sounds like scam financial trading company. Blocked the number, but they phone back using a different number, also blocked. Someone should report them for GDPR compliance issues and get them fined the maximum and shut down.
