Came across very official. Had answers for everything. But (one of many RED flags) told me I needed a temp "BN" number which would cost me £2,500 "refunded after receiving my settlement" I told them we didn't have that amount to spare, he suggested I borrow the money or overdraft a bank account!!!

Scammer praying on the victims of the Germany Property Group/Dolphin Trust downfall. Comes across very official but its a scam.
