Claimed to be from O2, then told me they’re working with phone networks such as EE Vodafone and others. The lady ‘Sarah’ kept asking who I’m with despite telling me she was from O2 initially and thinking I was with O2. She kept asking even though I said I’m not comfortable sharing that over the phone. Told me my SIM card needs upgrading as 4G will be deactivated in 48hrs. I said I’ll call my phone company myself if I need more info and she said ‘okay ma’am,’ and hung up.
