My phone said Potential Scam so was aware. Man said he was Keith and was my Housing Officer and wanted to talk to me about my recent housing complaint. When I said I hadn't made a complaint, he said he must have been given the wrong number, apologised, and rang off.

Asked how I was then said I had reported housing problems and then asked about damp and mould. A bit forceful with it too!

Didn’t answer as didn’t recognise the number. Just a tip for others if a scam call asks how you are doing - I say not so good I’ve just been diagnosed with Tourette’s and start sweating at them 😊
