Housing repair team, enquired about mould,damp and general household disrepair, when I asked if and what local authority are they or are they representing any type legal team they rudely hung up,so I called them back and tried to get confirmation who they actually were,only to be rudely cut off again yet again I called, and I asked to speak to someone in authority to make a formal complaint about the attitude and total disrespect that I had received from their employees,only to attempt numerous times to express my request as I was not listened too instead being over spoken, when eventually I got my message across,I was rudely told I would get a callback and rudely cut off again, in fact I am a British Army Veteran living in a military charity supported accomodation
