Scam! They ask if anyone has accessed the account in the early hours of the morning, then want you to confirm details from Amazon account of who uses it. They also send a reset code via Amazon to try to take control of the account. I played along for a couple of minutes to see what other information I could get, but when I refused to give the code they got shirty.
Pretending to be Amazon asking to install remote software to take control of phone, so they can remove users who have hacked Amazon account.
