didn't answer but have called me twice.

I didn’t answer. I had a call from Thursday and from earlier today. I called back and he answered “hello” and I said “hello I had a missed call from this number, who is this?” And there was no reply, so I said “hello?” Again and no response. I hung up and rang back and he said “hello, who’s calling?” And I said “I had a missed call from this phone number and I’d like to know who it is” and no response, but he hadn’t hung up, so I said “hello??” And still no response so I hung up. Don’t want them to be data mining me.

He called me and said he was from the housing association. I don’t own a house.

Said he was with th housing association with the council asking about damages such as mold. Didn't say which council. Calling from london my phone says its a scam caller. No idea honestly. Very odd. Spam callers have ruined phones, I am waiting for actual phone calls and I get this shit.
