Asian sounding fella at first claimed to be part of the council housing repairs team but a bit further into the call that changed to some kind of business named 'Repair houses'. Wanted to know what was wrong in my council property and how long it had been in disrepair. They then wanted to stay on the phone as I took pictures to send to a whatsapp chat of the things that needed repairing. From their whatsapp it revealed that their website is www.housingsdisrepair.co.uk and it gave another different business name of 'housing assistance service'. I looked up the website and its a template with stock images with poor SPaG. Also gives a phone number of 02046154870. Now its suddenly a firm that repairs homes via solicitors that's apparently totally free and paid for via compensation. Obvious scam is obvious. Caller then transferred me over to someone else who wanted to know all the info you don't give a stranger - name, d.o.b, address. I gave him bs details. I tried to waste as much of their time as possible. Targeting vulnerable people - wanted to know if I had disabilities or mental health issues. Very dangerous indeed.
