fairly certain this is a scam line. I believe this number called me on Thursday, also as a missed call. If you phone back the same voice recording is played 'hello, yeah,...... hi hello' as if the guy can't hear you. BEWARE if you try and explain a missed call - its recording you to clone your voice using AI
