call claims to be from o2 informing you that the connection will be upgraded and the sim card therefore blocked. in order to send a new card i would have had to varify something. At that point i believe it was a scam.
Foreign sounding person calling to update my 02 contract, I don’t have 02 so told her to clear off.
Called and said from O2 the asked if I’m in O2, haven’t been in O2 for years - avoid.
