Paul Adams (Asian accent) claimed to be BT. Said they had been receiving security warnings that my line was no longer "Private" but "Public". Wanted me to log on to the internet. Refused and called him out, Beware - don't give them access to your devices, by downloading Anydesk or other such apps. They can then see everything on your device.
