Yep! I got the same, "We noticed a Bitcoin transaction of £899.49 GBP from your PayPal account that is currently under review... etc" Marked as spam. DON'T click the unsubscribe link in case it drops something on your machine.

Said they were from paypal and i need to call this number to stop a transaction of £849.99 for bitcoin.
