Lady called. Wanted to do a solar energy survey. Told her we already have solar PV’s and put the phone down. Maybe l should also told her that our home is a self build (SIPs) with an energy rating ‘A’😶 Talking to an educated self builder is like teaching granny to suck eggs. We also are registered with TPS

Tried to persuade me to half loft insulation check. Pressure tactics. Wouldn't let me speak even though I asked him to stop. Tried to explain twice that I was on telephone preference service. Didn't acknowledge what I was saying and just hung up

He politely introduced himself as David and immediately enquired after my well-being ("How are you today...") which seemed a bit familiar from a complete stranger and wanted to talk to me about windows and doors. I said I had a full set and, equally politely, said good. 2:15pm 13th Jan 2026
