Maybe l should also told her that our home is a self build (SIPs) with an energy rating ‘A’😶 Talking to an educated self builder is like teaching granny to suck eggs. We also are registered with TPS

He politely introduced himself as David and immediately enquired after my well-being ("How are you today...") which seemed a bit familiar from a complete stranger and wanted to talk to me about windows and doors. I said I had a full set and, equally politely, said good. 2:15pm 13th Jan 2026
