I let the radio answer and he hung up after three minutes. Other comments on this number say either that they claim to be from Vodaphone or some such, or that they hang up when they know they have been rumbled.

Two missed calls, once on friday 26 jan and today monday 29 jan. Checked the number here before returning call (as had called twice and I am a freelancer so do receive calls from numbers that are new to me). Did not call and have blocked the number.

Stated they were from EE and offering 49% discounts, asked what device I was using. When I stated “if you’re calling from EE you would know what device it is” they ended the call.

Call came up as suspected spam, so chose not to answer then checked phone number which brought me to this page confirming it was a scam call. Number blocked.

Silence, then a woman spoke claiming to be from Vodafone promoting an upgrade offer, after asking her to repeat, said I wasn't interested and hung up. Having checked the number, Vodafone confirmed it wasn't them.

I would like to ask if your cell phones have been stolen or robbed before? I just got this call as well, I answered it when I saw the number displayed but there was no talking on the other side and as soon as I got through the other side hung up, I'm afraid that it's a hacker who can find out information about me through the dialed phone and then get into my robbed cell phone.
