I don't answer calls to numbers like this, my phone will always tell me if its suspected Spam, or Scam call. My phone alerted to me suspected Scam call. Which is probably right because they called , I didn't pick up, so they redialed back straight away , I didn't pick up and they done it a 3rd time, even spam companies don't call back like that they usually wait a few hours maybe the day after. Ive blocked it now. Unfortunately this is what happens when our phone providers/credit providers need money they sell our personal details off to the highest bidders and that lands in to the hands of scammers and spammers. Usually I act underage and tell them I'm 12 and they disapear but scammers today are smart they are keeping you on phone long enough to hack it, access your accounts and take your money. Don't answer any calls you don't know, if its important they'll leave a voice mail.
