Left a voicemail asking me to call back about my Tide business account. I don't have a Tide business account

Missed a call but left a voicemail which used my name and asked me about upgrading my Tide business account. The woman had a very strong Asian accent. Haven’t recieved any emails about an upgrade which is the usual form of communication

Received a call today and he said he was from Tide and wanted to talk to my partner, my partner has an account from Tide but I don't know why he got my number and I tell him to call on other day. I will block this number.

Left me a voice mail on Saturday morning about offers from Tide bank. Hope that I will call them back. Do not trust anyone, Lots of scammers

Genuine marketing call from Tide Bank offering free trial of upgrade to business bank account.

Received two calls where no one said nothing. I googled the number and got this page saying Tide Bank. I went throuh my TB app to call customer service who confirmed on their system the membership team had called twice but it was silent. So I can confirm this number is Tide Bank and not a scam.

Left a message, says calling from tide banking about an upgrade offer on my account. Not interested so didn't call back.

Was genuine Tide call I’ve just verified thru the app online chat

It is from Tide Business and they are genuine, just a sales call to get you to upgrade to a higher plan

This is Tide bank - I'm a member of tide and they call me occasionally to prompt banking upgrades

Called claiming to be from Tide. I was slightly wary but they were able to confirm it was them in the app and were able to give part verification away so I felt comfortable going through these questions.

I can confirm this is a number from Tide.

It's actually Tide, I spoke with a bloke named "Eric" who gave a free upgrade to their top tier account type which gives me a return on all of my card transactions and free transfers.

To confirm this is not a scam it is a genuine tide no for the upgrades team. They sent me a confirmation mesge direct to my tide app to confirm call is genuine and verified me and did upgrad my account to the cashback membership plan for free for 2 months where i got a number of benifits. Really great customer service. Happy customer

Be carefull not TIDE

Genuine call from Tide, verified by a message received in the app while on the phone and following the call. New card arrived as part of free trial of upgraded account a few days later

Left message saying from Tide, couldn't understand properly very unclear English. I would avoid entertaining anyone calling from this number

I received a call from this number asking me to ring back!! Ring back was the only part of the message I could understand. No Chance..

I had a voicemail today from this number, again claiming to be from TIDE. It asks me to call them back. I’ve checked my account and everything looks normal, plus there are no notifications there or emails from them.

Left a message for me in very poor english. Said they were from TIDE

I got a call but didn't answer. When I called back from a work phone the number went to an automated voice message then hung up. I'm glad I didn't answer now, having read these message. I did think it weird them calling me as all past interactions has been through the app.

Same here. Called me saying he wished to upgrade me and give me a "cashback membership plan" i ended the call when i saw these comments

As above said they were from TIDE. Sounded scam like and very dodgy. I've moved my cash as clearly someone up to something

Not sure if fraud or not, they claimed they called me from TIDE bank and looking to upgrade my account to a cash-back account for free of charge. Sounded fishy and also the person calling had an extremely strong Eastern European Accent. Also they did not seem to know much about banking (like you would get from another call with another bank, so very fishy.
