Claimed to be Sky customer services calling on my wife's mobile. Our account is not in her name she led them a merry dance with a tale of we haven't been getting sport & film channels even though we've paid for it since Chritmas they put her through to supervisor who wanted her email address in order to issue a credit. Failed to understand when wife said you've already got all my details why do you need me to give it you. Kept repeating they need email address then hung up when it wasn't supplied.
