I did not answer, but did try and ring back but could not understand who was calling as it was a voice mail only. So stopped the call.
Women said she was southern water that I had outstanding bill on previous address she new my address and payments I had made.... When I said you are wrong that account was paid off when I moved she got annoyed said I had not paid it and started quoting dates and payments at me. Said I would look into this on my bank statements and get back to you. I think scam but worrying she new my address.
