The caller I had spoke so fast that I had to ask him to repeat his name and where he was calling from. I got the same reply delivered at the same rushed rate of speech. I never listen to anyone on the phone unless they speak at a sensible rate; clearly trying to fluster the victim. As a result I have no idea who he was supposed to be representing.

they said it was the FCA & wanted to help me get some missing funds back. I just needed to supply them with all my personal details, as i was born yesterday i wanted to be as helpful as possible but as i was attempting to retrieve my account details, i accidentally cut them off..
