I missed the call so rang back. It was answered by a man with an English accent asking who was calling.I started to say I was returning his call but he didn't speak again.The line went silent so I hung up.
Got a missed call, rung back several times to hear person saying ‘hello? Hello??’ but ostensibly not hearing me. I assume it was recorded.

Scam call about housing repair. Kept asking for my name . Where I live etc . However they refused to give company name etc
Called claiming to be from social housing about repairs, refused to tell me what address they were calling for, i asked them to tell me my name and the address they were calling about, they refused and then when i asked again, they hung up. they couldn't tell me what their name or company was.

Block these people instantly they just don't seem to understand no, means don't call back again and again and again
