The caller pretended to be from Dell, calling because someone had changed the name on our account. Load of rubbish!

Called reception at worked claimed to be from Dell asking to speak to the IT manager, I advised no-one was available, asked what it was regarding, he replied the Dell account (pretty sure we don't have one!) I asked waht is the issue with the account, he went quiet then pretended he couldn't hear me, then hung up!

Called my business' customer service line saying they're from Dell asking to be put through to IT. We are running Dell servers, but Dell wouldn't phone our customer services line to get in touch with us; they'd email our IT team directly.
