Evri calling back 5 days after trying to get help from a person about a delivery.
020 3830 0040 First call I rejected, they phoned back minutes later. She said she was phoning from Evri regarding a complaint I raised in the app 2 days prior. She knew details of the complaint and my name but needed confirmation of my address and company the parcel was from. She said she would be escalating my complaint.
This is a genuine customer service call from Evri. They called me regarding a missing parcel. Very helpful and got everything sorted out for me.

Called twice in quick succession. Didn't answer.
It was Evri customer service calling back after I'd made an online complaint. It starts with a recorded message saying calls will be recorded followed by a short silence. Nearly put the phone down before their telephonist came on line.

Two missed calls, answered the third could hear two people chatting and giggling then call ended after a few seconds.
This morning, Sunday I got a phone call on my mobile from this number saying London. Rang once, they hung up. Rang again a few minutes later I answered. First a recording saying calls mat be recorded. Female asked is this M****e? That’s not my name so I said no and hung up. Searched the number on this site and found it could be Evi so I checked and yes Evri had followed call with an email. Very glad I checked, this site has put my mind at rest.
Its Evri previously known as Hermes. They chase the courier till grave but if one is expecting something from them then they don't help at all. Just block the number and don't let them bother you anymore.
