said it was the Claims something or other, so asked it why it was adressing me with my first name, legit companies use surname. then commenced to confirm my details???? told the thing to do one.
0915. I answered as was semi-expecting a call from a new number. Knew my name., which was about all I could make out. Audio was so noisy/loud I could not understand their name or company. A promised email has not appeared. So I'll say Scam

This is a scam company - tried to get me to renew insurance on a washing machine that I did not own.
Scam call. Ragebaited the guy on the phone and he told me to F off and called me a motherf****er
