try to sell you a call blocker. Very amateurish and poor quality line. AVOID!!!

Again, trying to "offer" some bizare call blocking device, and claiming to be calling from London, and knew my name and address - as with the other entries here I told her she was a scam that needed blocking, she argued - politely - back that she was not... She is.

Allegedly trying to con people into buying a BT Call Protect device. I find it hilarious that my landline has BT Call Protect enabled for free and it blocked their scam call

Call today, knew my name and address and told me he could stop scam and nuisance calls. Said if I signed up today it would only cost £376. Told him I was a pensioner and couldn't afford it. Said he would send me a letter and information and hung up.

Called about nuisance call blocker we could have at discount but when started asking about our bank details etc. we put the phone down.

‘Michael’ claimed to have been given my number by Telephone Preference Service … (but using name I didn’t register with TPS and haven’t usedfor over 20 years). He said that I’d shortly he receiving my new contract from Call Blocker and when I’d completed my details they would implement call blocking so I don’t get nuisance calls. I told him he was a fraud and was making a nuisance call himself. He hung up.

02037 695346 called landline at 1.07 pm. 1st SCAM call of the day. They usually start before 9.00 am. In garden, didn't hear. No message so SCAM. Number removed. On with gardening duties.
