Indian call centre using an 020 number calling to ask if I have damp or cracks in the walls.

Called saying I had reporting problems to the housing officer, I didn't. I said why, they then started asking if I had damp problems, I said this is a scam call and they hung up.

I suspect they are a scam. Reckoned i had reported problems with my house to the "authority". I said "OK" then the joker started asking me if i had damp problems. I said no, and they hung up.
