A lady who sounded Asian, claiming to be calling from RCN, wanted me to hand over my bank account details and correctly confirm my address, RCN number, and date of birth. Unfortunately, I refused to hand over my account details, and she hung up. She said to register me for access to over 170k evidence-based resources and learning modules to help me achieve my validation.
