had a similar call before. some woman in a call centre saying they were 118 online. i knew the deal so i hung up straight away but ive had it before where they try and get your business information
Call centre, no one there, said hello a few times then they hung up. Called them back and an American voice said 'Your call is very important to us, please stay on the line and you'll be connected to the next available agent'
