Claimed to be Sky Networks. Abruptly cut call when challenged

Said they were from sky and going to decrease my bill for the next year. Asked me to confirm my email address, I had to spell it out several times to them. Lost signal, and she rang me straight back which was a different number to from the intitial call. Then I had a text from microsoft with a code. The lady wanted that code. I kept saying I don’t trust this call and they shouldn’t need the code to verify my email when it should be on the system in the first place. She eventually hung up abruptly. First number was - 020 3504 0923 Second number was - 020 3504 9162
