The reason they appear to hang up is the system they use it can be dialling 20 listed numbers and first one to pick up gets a voice so 19 get silence. There is an easy way for people like Sky, Bt, Virgin etc to stop this but then they would lose money that they rake in from providing phone lines access to these scammers. Of course good old BT would love us all to buy a specialist phone at £60!plus x two million abused people would be good business. Best way is for a revolution to out these people and have the phone lines removed from the system and I dare BT to tell us here why it cannot be done. Other way is to blitz phone providers Twitter accounts with complaints and e- mails to the CEO's their addresses are all on line just google CEO's addresses.

This company ring me everyday without fail Isometimes upto 5 times i have it saved on my phone as 'pests' I do not normally answer the phone but when I do they hang up without talking... surely this is Harrassment! ! holding up the line when someone more important could be trying to call I.e your children . Seriously something needs to be done about this

Seemed so convincing, paid the £50 requested for a handling and processing fee. They said money would be in our account in 48 hours. When we called, they were very abrupt and put the phone down on my ear. Called again and said the 48 hours were up and suddenly the woman got very rude and kept saying " do you want me to put the phone down?" Over and over again. Very hostile! Then she said that we had to wait 48 WORKING hours. As in 8 hours a day.!!! Pathetic!!!!Called the FSA and reported them but they seem less than interested in doing anything. This sodding company is just going to continue to rip people off as they obviously have for the last 5 years and nobody is going to stop them.

This number has phoned my 9 times this morning and when they actually speck, i asked to speck to a manager they said No, asked to have my number removed they said No, asked what they want he said Marriage... Such a pain

We are receiving multiple calls from this company we believe it to be a loan company, have asked them to delete our mumber to no avail. Please can you remedy this

One stop loan shop, call around 5 times per hour! Sometimes hang up sometimes ask to speak to Hannah Dawson. We have told them several times no one has lived here by that name for over 15yrs that we know of

They call my house 6-7 times a day but do not say anything

This company has been hounding me for weeks. I finally gave in and spoke to them today. They offered me a guaranteed loan and told me there were no upfront costs. Since this conversation they have taken £20 from my bank account and have failed to email me the credit agreement and process funds as agreed. I have tried to coal them back several times just to have the phone put down on me every time I try to discuss the situation with them. They have taken money from me that I did not agree to and are now refusing all contact. I have since done some research and they change their number frequently and do this to people daily!

Still calling every day, asking for a non-existent person ... and they know it as they'll hang up as soon as they hear you say you aren't "John". I'm also registered with TPS. TPS, ICO etc don't care at all. They'll just send you some generic excuse about not being able to deal with these kind of calls. I wonder what it actually is they can deal with then ...

Keep getting calls off this number, they are insistent that I have applied for a loan, I haven't. When I tell them as such they are rude and actually quite abusive. Have blocked them off my mobile but they just call me off other numbers. Infuriating and irritating!!!! Do not under any circumstances give them money, they seem to prey on the weak and take money off people in desperate times. Despicable twats.

I keep receiving phone calls from this number. I have received at least 10 a day for the last 3 weeks. It is starting to get tedious now and when I answer they put the phone down
