They say it's PayPal and asked for my email a asked for my email address before information I asked them why they were calling and tell me they arlread knew my full name.

Phoned claiming to be PayPal and said they needed my email address. When I refused and said I needed to know why they were calling first they refused and said it was not possible until I had given them my information. Not sure if it’s a scam or not but I wasn’t taking the risk
