David from Doors and Windows Ltd - which is a real company! - asked if I had any doors and windows over ten years old, and offered me a free survey and prices fixed for twelve months. All set to transfer me to an appointments team. Whatever I said, he ploughed on with his script; obviously not expecting a lack of interest! I said he was welcome to call me back in two years.
