I got a silent call from this number yesterday. Today there was someone on the line. As soon as they started their spiel I saw that it was telemarketing. I am registered with the Telephone Preference Service so how can they legitimately pester me with these calls?

12 noon 17/7/25. Call showed up as scam/spam so didn't answer. Caller left no message. Am receiving daily calls from 020 numbers which I don't answer
