An American female caller wanting to speak to my named wife, quoting her e-mail addresss and claiming to be from Amazon, not to do with ay order but to check the account. I told her that my wife wasn't able to talk now but to send an e-mail. Caller said that she had done so. No e-mail received.

They called and left a message calling to be from Amazon Business wanting to convert my Amazon account to a new terms business account. They had the landline number that I never give out anymore but it's still on my late dad's Amazon account and stated an email address that was my dad's still registered on his Amazon account. They claimed they "knew" he was a business person and qualified for it as they are changing platforms for those Amazon accounts. They will also send an email to the email address they stated with the details to *confirm* they are who they say they are, Neither me nor my dad are/were classed as "business" people. This is a scam and they are using a person's details that has been dead for a while though I haven't shut his Amazon account down formally yet.
